Qualitative Research

In collaboration with our clients, we use time-tested techniques, such as focus groups, shop-alongs, and in-home ethnographies. Our team is also adept at newer approaches, including social listening,  online communities, blog-based research, and video diaries. We go beyond simply reporting the results of qualitative research to make recommendations for how your brand can come to life, whether on the side of a building on in the shopping aisle.
